Please contact us before making a return. Delays will occur in processing returns that have not been pre-authorised.
Returns will be accepted up to 30 calendar days from the date the goods were received by you.
Your item/s must be unused and in the same condition in which originally received.
Your item/s must be in the original packaging and unopened.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and let you know that we have received your returned item.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit based on your card issuer's time-frame policies.
You will be responsible for the shipping costs of the returned item/s if the product was ordered in error.
If for any reason there is a fault with the product, or is it has been damaged in transport, then we will arrange collection of the product.
